Integrity and responsibility
Creative direction, technology and respect for agreements: commitments that guide X1 Filmes productions.
Updated 21 October 2026
Ethical relationships
We do not accept bribery, improper payments, fraud or advantages intended to influence decisions. Conflicts of interest should be disclosed before commercial decisions. Scope, conditions, responsibilities and permissions should be defined in agreements with clients and suppliers.
Confidentiality and portfolio
For STELMAT Group materials, product and solution prices and commercial terms must be reviewed before public display and removed from this site when identified, subject to express permission from the content owner. Review considers sound and image; versions for different clients are assessed separately. An unlisted YouTube video is accessible to anyone with its link and does not replace confidentiality or portfolio permission. Removal from this site does not change YouTube settings.
Brands and history
Brands identify organisations related to the work and professional history presented. This includes direct commissions and materials for other companies’ clients, including STELMAT. Their presence does not declare endorsement, exclusivity or a current contract. Work before X1’s establishment in 2025 belongs to Sérgio Araujo’s professional history.
Image, authorship and AI
Projects should respect image and voice permissions, music licences, copyright and brand rules. AI requires care with material sources, permissions and confidential client information. Restricted content should not be entered into external tools without appropriate authorisation and assessment.
Reports and removal
Questions, incidents, conflicts and review or removal requests can be sent to x1filmes@x1filmes.net with the URL and reason. X1 commits to handling good-faith reports discreetly and without retaliation. The channel does not promise anonymity or operate as an independent ombudsman.
Continuous improvement
This page states commitments and publication criteria. It is not a seal, independent audit or certification. Measures should evolve with risks, contracts and operations. Consult the Privacy Policy for personal-data matters.
